Hello. I’m Wayne Chastain and we’ve been doing business in the Tri-County area for over 40 years. We do quality work at a fair price. I tell my guys, "do your best to take care of the home - treat it as if it were your home." We have no way of knowing when your system will break down, but we do know the type of service you can expect to receive when you call us.
Wesley Stephens - my nephew, came on board in 2007. He’s very knowledgeable with all types of equipment. Wesley, Scott, and our intern, Gage, work installations and handle most of the service calls.
Cheryl - my sister, joined us in 2007 and came on fulltime as Operations Manager in 2008 when my mom retired. She’s the voice you’ll hear on the phone. She handles all the office end of the operation - including dispatch, billing and paperwork.
We’ve joined the Better Business Bureau and have had a spotless record since our company started back in the early 80’s. We also have an A+ rating on Angie’s List. We are State Board certified & bonded. We carry liability and unlike many of our competitors we carry worker’s compensation insurance to cover our employees.
